 Does the same thing as getAllShellfishGathererSinceDateSynchro(java.sql.Timestamp) with an

 finder results will NOT be transformed during retrieval.

 then finder results WILL BE passed through an operation which can optionally
 transform the entities (into value objects for example). By default, transformation does
