First connection

Why can't I connect to Allegro ?
For the first connection, you need an internet connection to download datas necessary to the software execution (user rights, locations, vessels, ...).

If necessary, contact the helpdesk (harmonie@ifremer.fr) to confirm that your account (Intranet or Extranet) has been created and is functionnal.

Installation

How to install Allegro ?
Download the last Allegro release : http://www.ifremer.fr/allegro/downloads.html (allegro-setup-version.exe), then launch the application.

Follow the installation steps.


Is it possible to use Allegro on the same workstation, but with different users ?
Yes : it is necessary that the Windows user account used has administrator privileges.

First, uninstall the previous Allegro versions. If you want to keep your database, contact the helpdesk (harmonie@ifremer.fr).

Then, launch the setup (allegro-setup-version.exe). Choose the installation mode "for all users" (default).
